Lyneham High School is a Y7-10 school of 1050 students and 120 staff. We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Facilities Manager-Senior Building Service Officer to join the team. You will work closely with the Business Manager and Executive team, lead and mentor junior BSO's. You will manage all aspects of facility repairs and maintenance, adhere to all ACT Education compliance requirements and have an industry recognised qualification in a trade. You will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, independent judgement and quality control to achieve improved outcomes in facility management. Eligibility/Other Requirements: An industry recognised qualification in a trade skill. Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
