Primary Teacher Position
This role involves working as a primary teacher in an independent public school. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations, and cultivate a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exemplary teaching skills, a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. They will leverage high-impact teaching strategies, including a clear understanding of an explicit approach to teaching and bring experience in designing and delivering engaging literacy and numeracy programs.
As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality education outcomes for students. You will also contribute to the development of whole-school initiatives and participate in ongoing professional learning and growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold an eligible qualification in Primary Education
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights
* Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before starting employment
* Consent to and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting employment

Mobility Appointments:
* Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position.
