Role Responsibilities
You'll:
* Perform high-quality plumbing work across new homes, commercial builds, and industrial projects.
* Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs.
* Maximise value for clients by identifying improvements or add-on services.
* Install work to current standards with pride in quality.
* Keep projects running smoothly through clear communication with your team.
* Engage in training to sharpen trade and operational skills.
* Complete all documentation and certifications accurately.
* Manage vehicles, stock, and tools responsibly.
* Mentor apprentices with guidance and support.
* Take ownership of client jobs from start to finish.

* QBCC Occupational Licence (minimum)
* White Card
* Valid Driver's Licence (MR/HR preferred, not essential)
