Location: Dubbo Employment Type: Permanant Part-time Roster: Monday 8.30am - 1.30pm | Tuesday 9.30am - 1.30pm | Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm | 10am - 4.30pm About the RoleAs our Retail Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, customer service support, stock control, and operational excellence.You’ll be the bridge between our team, our customers, and the systems that keep the store humming. Think of yourself as the engine room of the store, efficient, organised, and essential.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Delivering warm, friendly customer serviceCoordinating repairs, returns and credits with suppliersCoordinating Click & Collect like a logistical proManaging laybys and vendor orders like a retail wizardKeeping stock levels accurate and up-to-dateRolling out price changes, compliance tasks & safety auditsWorking hand-in-hand with store leadership, suppliers, and the support officeInvestigating stock discrepancies and reporting the nitty-gritty️️Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for team and customers alike????
