About the Role:

Reporting to the head of Transactional Services, your role will include:

* The performance of buy-side and sell-side due diligence procedures and compilation of detailed report of findings which will include the performance of detailed quantitative financial analysis, detailed assessment of key business risks and historical trends, and the preparation and analysis of forecast cash flow and other financial data.
* Assisting with the drafting of accounting-related clauses in SPAs, EBIT normalisation and working capital calculations.
* Assisting with Lead Advisory Support services (buy side and sell side) and taking an active supporting role in the mandates.
* Assisting with and managing multi-jurisdiction teams and coordination with other experts engaged in the projects.
* Actively pursue business development activities with the goal of growing the transaction services portfolio.
* Assist with and managing the transaction services team and training and mentoring junior staff.


About You:

You will have:

* 4-6 years experience, preferably with mid-tier or large firms within Corporate Finance, M&A or Investment Banks.
* Extensive experience performing and managing commercial transactional financial due diligence projects.
* Team player, federating, motivating and inspiring, eager to train junior staff.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and drive commercial outcomes for clients.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of powerbi or other bi tools is a clear plus.
