Customer Service Officer Job Description:

* Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
* Process, track, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
* Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate product information and pricing details.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
* Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and liaising with the warehouse team.

About You:

* Previous experience in a customer service role is required.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications is expected.
