About the role
Join the team at Modern Family Early Learning as a Qualified Diploma Educator/Educational Leader in our Westcourt, QLD 4870 location. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the early education and development of young children.
What you'll be doing
* Plan and implement engaging educational programs that support the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children
* Lead a team of childcare educators, providing guidance, mentorship and support
* Collaborate with families to understand each child's unique needs and ensure a nurturing, inclusive environment
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our early learning centre
What we're looking for
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* Extensive experience as an early childhood educator, with a demonstrated track record of positive outcomes for children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families
* Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the capacity to guide and develop a team
* Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Passion for creating a stimulating, play-based learning environment
