Opportunity Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity available within our QLD sales team for a Sales Manager. You'll be responsible for achieving volume, distribution, and commercial targets across our portfolio in your allocated region of Cairns to Mackay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver financial and market share goals by maximising commercial initiatives.
* Support and guide each Business Development Executive (BDE) with effective customer management and journey planning.
* Motivate the team through clear communication and strong execution of sales objectives.
* Drive distribution and volume growth of our portfolio across the allocated region.
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with top customers in your region.
About You:
* You will possess proven experience in district or field sales management, ideally within FMCG or beverages.
* You should have demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
* You must have strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and selling skills.
* You should have excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance cross-functional responsibilities.
* You will be highly organised, with strong planning capabilities for self and team.
