About the Role
We're seeking an Account Manager on behalf of our client to own and grow relationships with existing clients post-onboarding. This role focuses on retention, revenue growth, and ensuring customers achieve real value and ROI, while acting as the primary commercial contact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of active client accounts post go-live
* Build strong, long-term stakeholder relationships
* Own renewals, contract extensions, and expansion opportunities
* Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and account health reviews
* Proactively manage churn risk and resolve escalations
* Develop account plans aligned to customer goals and product roadmap
* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
Skills & Experience
* 3–6 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B roles
* Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce
* Proficient with MS Suite, PowerBI and Tableau
* Experience managing renewals and expansion revenue
* Strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a SaaS or industrial environment
* Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
