Job Summary:
Deliver high-quality psychological support and intervention to promote mental health and wellbeing for detainees. As a clinical mental health professional, you will develop and implement the Psychological Support Program Framework, incorporating trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop individualized treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
* Provide evidence-based group therapy sessions to promote emotional regulation and coping skills.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care, including medical, allied health, and operational services.
* Contribute to policy development and procedure updates for psychological support services.
* Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation and reports.
