Essential Qualifications
* Degree or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
* High proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 12D or Civil 3D is advantageous.
* Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
