About the role
As the Front of House Reception/Administration professional at Magain Real Estate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Ascot Park office. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing real estate agency and contribute to its continued success.
What you'll be doing
* Provide a warm and welcoming reception for clients, guests and other visitors.
* Manage all incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and other clerical duties.
* Assist with the processing of property listings, sales and rental applications.
* Coordinate the scheduling of client appointments and property inspections.
* Contribute to the maintenance of the office environment, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
* Support the property management and sales teams as required.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within the real estate industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* A friendly, professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
