Roster Management Role
As a skilled roster management professional, you will lead the coordination of all roster activities, backfilling shifts & requesting new shifts across diverse workforce segments.
You will collaborate closely with corporate workforce optimisation teams to ensure rostering system data is accurate, up-to-date, and facilitates forecasting for better resource allocation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
