About This Role
As a Validation Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of reporting and invoicing. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating pricing tables, rate cards, and scorecards. In addition, you will generate, review, and validate customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Pricing Table Management: Develop, maintain, and validate pricing tables, rate cards, and scorecard updates
* Invoice Validation: Generate, review, and validate customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Data Analysis: Produce timely and accurate client performance reports and ad-hoc data sets
* Billing Resolution: Resolve discrepancies and liaise with internal teams on billing issues
* Audit Support: Support audits with relevant documentation and analysis
* Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and invoicing
