Personal Care Worker
We are seeking a skilled personal carer to support residents in their daily lives with independence and dignity.
* The successful candidate will work closely with the care team to assess and meet the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of our residents.
* They will implement clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse and documented in the resident's plan of care.
* The personal carer will assist residents with their personal care and hygiene needs while promoting their independence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in engaging with residents and supporting those with dementia.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and provide holistic care.
* A commitment to continuous quality improvement and respect for residents' privacy and dignity.
