Key Responsibilities
Lead the achievement of strategic, business, and financial objectives for assigned product lines within the Siding Products Group. Develop and drive sales and marketing strategies for CertainTeed and Private Label brands in targeted market segments.
Essential Functions:
* Manage multiple product lines and hundreds of SKUs to maximize profitability.
* Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to optimize profitability metrics.
* Establish and adjust product pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
* Monitor competitive developments and conduct benchmarking to stay ahead.
* Oversee product line rationalization and inventory disposition decisions to minimize waste.
* Review specifications and manage product changes to ensure quality control.
* Lead cross-functional teams across all product lifecycle stages to ensure value delivery.
* Develop and implement new product development and launches based on customer input.
* Ensure all NPD process steps are followed, providing financial analysis input.
* Collaborate with Sales to meet sales targets for managed product lines.
Requirements
* 7-9 years of experience in product management, marketing, and new product development, with P&L responsibility.
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business required; MBA preferred.
* Proficiency in Windows Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
* Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred.
* Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
* Creative problem-solving skills, with strong analytical capabilities for financial decision-making.
