Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role located in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for remote work. Part time options and working from China will also be considered for suitable candidates.
The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and execute e-commerce operations on platforms targeting the Chinese market such as Tmall, JD and Xiaohongshu, ensuring compliance with local regulations, driving digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing online sales performance. The role includes conducting market analysis, managing sales strategies, liaising with cross-functional teams, and maintaining partnerships with distributors and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in E-Commerce and Marketing in the Chinese market
Strong Sales and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners
Well developed Analytical Skills for interpreting trends, analyzing data, and driving growth
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with Chinese e-commerce platforms and regulatory environments
Experience with managing cross border logistics and trade compliance in China
Ability to manage tasks independently in a hybrid working environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
