What You'll Do:
* Act as a trusted advisor to landlords, providing strategic guidance on lease renewals, rent reviews, and asset performance
* Maximise rental returns and minimise vacancy through proactive portfolio management
* Ensure all compliance and legislative requirements are consistently met
* Maintain accurate records and reporting across your portfolio
* Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and drive overall performance
About You:
* Senior Property Manager with 3+ years' experience in residential property management
* Strong relationship management skills, particularly with landlords
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, strategic thinker with confident decision-making ability
* Solid understanding of current legislation and compliance requirements
* Experience with Property Tree preferred
* Current Class 1 or 2 License
