A Conveyancer/Law Clerk is required to work in a dynamic environment where they will manage files, provide administrative support, deliver exceptional customer service, and perform general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage files from exchange to settlement ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Provide administrative support to the legal team including document preparation, data entry, and other tasks as required.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients through prompt communication, professional demeanor, and a willingness to assist.
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Required Qualifications
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and other software relevant to the role.
* Multitasking ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
* LEAP legal software proficiency to effectively manage client information and documents.
* Detailed knowledge of PEXA settlement system to facilitate smooth transactions.
Candidates with prior experience in conveyancing or law clerk roles are preferred. We may consider training interested candidates to become qualified conveyancers.
Salary Information
The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, in accordance with industry standards.
