R.E.N Machinery has served the Gippsland Farming community since 1948, we are a Agricultural fanchised dealership representing Fendt, Massey Ferguson & Iseki tractors, manchinery from Lemken, Pottinger, Giltrap /Duncan Ag, Farm Machinery Implements and precision farming requirements (GPS) using PTx Trimble and TOPCON products.

We are currently seeking the services of a dedicated Salesperson who will represent our Massey Ferguson & Iseki tractors to join our team.

As a Massey Ferguson product specialist, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Massey Ferguson Tractor and Machinery representative for R.E.N Machinery
* Massey Ferguson product customer aftersales support
* Massey Ferguson machinery demonstrations including GPS and Precision Agricultural requirements
* Sales of all other agricultural machinery (new and used) within R.E.N Machinery product offering
* Liaising with new and existing customers
* Delivery and installation of new products
* Managing inventory and inspecting new goods delivered
* Assisting and completing finance applications with customers
* Input into marketing plans and demonstration events
* Saturday morning work from 8am to 12pm required when rostered
To be successful in this role you require:
* Exceptional understanding and passion of the agricultural industry
* A minimum of 1-2 years of agricultural sales experience
* Existing Massey Ferguson product knowledge/experience is a major benefit
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* A current driver's licence. Forklift and HR licence also an advantage but not essential
* Strong negotiation skills
* You will be a team player with a positive attitude, you are accountable, adaptable & ethical
* You take pride in your work and achievements
* Good skills in managing your time efficiently and knowing when to prioritise workflow
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
