As our Safeguarding Support Administrator, you'll help ensure every visitor to our centres meets child safety and compliance standards—supporting our mission to create safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environments for every child.
Responsibilities
* Support centres and support office teams to meet safeguarding requirements for visitors.
* Manage enquiries across multiple channels, providing clear guidance on visitor compliance, training, and policies.
* Maintain accurate data within the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance with Working With Children Checks and safeguarding training requirements.
* Conduct internal reviews and prepare reports to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Build strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of child safety and continuous improvement.
* Support the development of resources and FAQs to strengthen awareness and consistency across our network.

Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a compliance or early learning environment.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
* Understanding of Child Safe Organisation principles (desirable).
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.
