**About Us**
With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager you will be responsible to deliver retail support and operational strategies to 4 stores in your designated areas. It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role where no two days will be the same and you enjoy dealing with retail staff, ensure the stores reaches targets, assist with recruitment, rosters, regular meetings while monitoring merchandising and stock.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead a team a of approx. 13 for each store across 4 retail outlets
- Ensure all stores are managed to achieve successful targets
- Understand fresh and frozen products, pricing, and store presentation
- Utilise a variety of reports, sales, gross margin, stock, expenses, net profit
- Maximising sales, revenue & growth by providing recruitment and training
- Build key stake-holder relationships with head office, manufacturing, and retail outlets
- Implement and streamline OHS and Food Safety processes, procedures, and systems
**Experience & Qualifications**
- To influence positive change and drive results with your stores
- Manage retail processes to increase productivity and results
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes
- Demonstrated experience working within retail food environment
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team
