About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Pack Supervisor to lead and support our Pre-Pack team in delivering efficient, high-quality production outcomes.
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day Pre-Pack operations and providing leadership to a team of up to 20 employees.
You will play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting staff performance, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
Working closely with the Pre-Pack Manager, you will assist in driving efficiencies across the packing process, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting training and development within the team.
Supervising production activities, allocating tasks, monitoring output and quality, operating and overseeing machinery, and working within a cold-room environment. Ongoing support will be provided in the role, along with opportunities for career development and progression.
Flexibility to work at least one weekend day, with the opportunity to participate in a rotating weekend shift arrangement alongside our existing Supervisor.
We operate seven days per week. This role offers a minimum of 38 hours per week.
A Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.
All employees receive support in a collaborative environment, with weekly pay.
