We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technician to join our growing team in Adelaide. You'll be part of a tight-knit, working across service calls, maintenance, and installations for residential & commercial clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's confident on-site, great with customers, and keen to learn the ins and outs of our product range.
What You'll Be Doing
* Attend scheduled service, maintenance, and installation jobs across Adelaide
* Provide on-site reporting and communicate clearly with the office team
* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the business professionally
* Quote jobs on-site when required and explain options to clients
* Learn product specifications and installation methods over time
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working with residential customers
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage daily job schedules
* Willingness to learn product details and technical procedures
* Trade or technical background preferred (gates, fencing, automation, or similar)
* Driver's licence required
