Education is an innovative provision that provides a holistic and person centred alternative to mainstream education to children and young people aged 8 to 16 years old.Our team of dedicated and experienced professionals work together in the R.E.A.L. way of innovation, trust and achievement to ensure that ‘every child has a future.’ Not only do our Learners achieve nationally recognised qualifications but they are supported to make positive contributions to their communities and gain skills that will help them to thrive in adulthood.We NeedWe are looking for enthusiastic educators who are able to easily demonstrate and role model the positive values, attitudes and behaviours that we expect of our Learners and Staff.Our successful HLTA candidates will need to have proven professional experience of working with Learners who have SEN considerations and hold at least a level 4 HLTA qualification. They will be expected to work flexibly and adapt sessions in a dynamic manner, to promote successful Learner outcomes with both 1:1 and group learners over a wide range of subjects.There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required.
