Key Responsibilities
* Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment consistent with the brand’s fun nature
* Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
* Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge
* Collaborate with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and back-of-house administration
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a retail Store Manager
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
* Natural leader focused on learning and development of an engaged team
* Ability to retain technical product knowledge and passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
* Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
