**Your new role**
At Hays, we are growing our state and national footprint and are investing in the expansion of our ACT Federal Government Technology business. To achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about client engagement and new client relationship development to join our team.
As Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of Federal Government clients within the Technology sector including existing, historical and target organisations, and you will develop deep knowledge of your portfolio including mapping the organisational structure, technical requirements and both current and future projects for each client. Using the suite of cutting-edge internal systems available at Hays, you will also regularly analyse client and sales data to capitalise on opportunities with existing key accounts and to identify potential new business prospects.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll already be an experienced and proven client focused 360 Recruitment Consultant in the Technology space or specialised in Federal Government Recruitment and looking for an exciting new challenge.
You will have a demonstrated track record in fostering strong relationships, well-developed commercial acumen and exemplary client service. Your drive, energy and enthusiasm will ensure your success. Your positive mindset, diligence, mature approach, together with a sense of humour will ensure you navigate even the most challenging of situations, common in this dynamic yet compliance focused industry sector.
