About The Company
Moggy's Group started with Moggy's Developments in ****, building award-winning homes and has grown every year since then.
Director James Mogford added Ocean Reef Pools to the portfolio in **** followed by Endurance Sheds in ****.
In ****, Easyloc Aluminium and Powder Coating was purchased to complement the group and Moggy's Transport was created out of a need to control our own freight.
In **** Moggy's Group moved into a new purpose-built premise in Centurion Drive, Paget, which is managed by Moggy's Commercial Investments (MCI) and features a new Pool Display Centre.
In **** we added Transportable Shade Sheds to our group, Marchant Signs and Engraving came on board in **** and in **** we welcomed Dog Gone Fencing.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced finance manager to do the usual things that finance managers do—oversee the company's accounting work, things like payroll, account administration, accounts receivable and payable.
But that's not all.
We're also looking for someone to be a part of our group leadership team, to offer strategic advice, enhance our organisational effectiveness and continually improve our processes and commercial outcomes.
Skills and experience are important but what we really value at Moggy's Group is work ethic, perseverance and achievement.
As you can see, we're not looking for a bureaucrat.
You'll be focused on practical solutions that achieve great results and use evidence-based measurement and ongoing innovations to ensure Moggy's Group continues its market-leading success.

Key Requirements
A track record of success in a prior financial role.
Demonstrated achievement in any field.
A past history in generating and delivering outcomes, on-budget and to tight schedules.

A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.
