About The Opportunity:
The company operates in Australia, the USA, Philippines, and Vietnam. Austal delivers multiple naval shipbuilding and sustainment programs for the Royal Australian Navy, Australian Border Force, and the Department of Defence.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing scalable data architectures by developing and implementing secure, enterprise-wide models and integration strategies.
Ensuring data integrity and quality by establishing and enforcing data governance frameworks, quality standards, and validation protocols to maintain consistent, accurate, and reliable enterprise data.
Maintaining compliance and security by implementing data security policies and ensuring adherence to data privacy laws and industry regulations through effective controls and audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science or Information Technology, or working towards
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data architectures including data warehousing solutions and real-time data pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
