Take the lead in shaping the future of power generation maintenance We're looking for a proactive Maintenance Scheduler to drive preventative maintenance strategies and ensure operational excellence across two major power stations.
What You'll Do
* Plan & Schedule: Develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans, balancing resources, backlog, and preventative regimes.
* Forecast & Prepare: Anticipate future resource needs and ensure parts, consumables, and equipment are ready.
* Improve & Innovate: Continuously refine maintenance strategies and logistics.
* Coordinate & Communicate: Liaise on maintenance and repair activities, keeping accurate records.
* Collaborate: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Champion Safety: Work in line with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Strong background in planning and scheduling within power generation or heavy industry.
* Proficiency with maintenance software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and cultures.
* Solid understanding of occupational health and safety practices.
Desirable: Post-trade or postgraduate qualifications.
