The ammonia production site is one of the largest in the world.
* We are seeking a Competency-Based Training and Assessment Professional to develop and implement competency-based training programs for operators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and implement training modules for operating plant systems under various conditions.
* Liaise with technical trainers for synergies that impact operations.
* Train operators to perform operations in plant areas.
* Review and approve operator checklists, SOPs, work instructions.
This roster allows access to the full crew to dedicate to driving training outcomes within the production team.
