The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in the Site Leadership Team.
About the Role
* Collaborates with site leadership to drive people strategies for safe, productive and engaged teams.
* Reports to Operations Manager/SSE and contributes to effective implementation of HR strategy on site.
As an HR Leader, you will provide guidance and support to our leadership team, manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and contribute to events promoting employee and community well-being.
About You
* Demonstrated HR leadership experience in mining or complex environments.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations.
* A proven track record of influencing senior leaders to develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Leverages coaching and guidance to lead and manage the HR team as needed.
* Manages employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience).
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
