As a senior sales professional, you will have the opportunity to achieve and exceed sales and profit growth targets in our industrial customer portfolio. You will be responsible for managing large national customer sites and growing the gas and welding equipment business within your managed territory.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of large industrial customers
* Retaining and growing the gas and welding equipment business
* Winning new and competitor gas and welding equipment business within your Region
* Leading generation and opportunity pipeline management
* Selling new and existing customers to supply and service agreements
You will also be expected to capture competitor activities and market trends within your Region, work with local industry bodies to represent our position within the community and industry, and deliver customer training and product demonstrations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrable business development and account management experience
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Understanding of price and profitability management
* Proven experience working autonomously and independently
* Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
