About The Role
As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role.
There will also be opportunities to work at other clinics, including St Andrews MRI and 337 South Terrace, all conveniently located on South Terrace.
About You
* Able to work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 9:00pm, Monday to Friday.
* Friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about patient care.
* Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
* Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
* Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
* A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
* Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
* Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
* Resilient and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
