Pay: Up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits

Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Help provide the best start to a child’s life. Make a lasting impact while growing an incredible career.
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs in your room
- Support children’s development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning workplace
About Goodstart Boronia Heights - Mackellar
You will be joining a close-knit, 3 centre room with a well-established team of Educators. We deeply value inclusion and have an amazing transition-to-school program. We have a beautiful outdoor area and are located close to schools and shops while still maintaining the peace and quiet of a residential area.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
