Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with invoice preparation, issuance, and tracking
* Perform basic data entry and reconciliation related to finance documents
* Support logistics coordination, including documentation and follow-ups with vendors or warehouses
* Maintain organized records and filing (digital and physical)
* Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
* Basic knowledge or experience in admin, accounting, or operations
* Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and basic office tools
* Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Prior experience in FMCG or logistics is a plus, but not required
Working Hours
