Our client is hiring for a new role within their design team. A global brand, born from a love of modern femininity, creating pieces that help women feel confident, powerful and ready for any occasion. Worn worldwide and stocked through leading retail partners including Nordstrom, Macy's and REVOLVE, alongside their own channels.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to kick‐start your career inside one of the most loved global women's fashion brands. As Design Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the Women's design team – supporting the Head Of Design and the broader team across all stages of the product development process.
This role has a strong administrative and coordination focus – from maintaining design files and tracking samples, to assisting with trend research and keeping the studio running smoothly. It's built for someone who is detail‐obsessed, highly organised and genuinely passionate about fashion. If you're hungry to learn how a global fashion brand is built from the ground up, this is the role for you.
Key Focus
* Maintain and update design files, range documents and tech pack libraries, keeping everything accurate and accessible.
* Track and coordinate samples throughout the development process, ensuring they are ready for fittings and reviews.
* Assist with trend research, competitor monitoring and the collation of imagery and references to support seasonal range development.
* Assist with the preparation of range boards, design presentations and seasonal briefs for internal reviews and supplier meetings.
* Support supplier communications – logging correspondence, following up on outstanding requests and ensuring information is passed on accurately and promptly.
* Maintain a well‐organised, functional studio environment and support the team with data entry, filing and general administrative tasks.
* Show initiative, soak up knowledge and build a strong foundation for a career in fashion design and product development.
What we're looking for
* A recent graduate or someone with up to 1‐2 years of experience in a design, fashion or product development environment.
* A genuine passion for fashion – you follow the catwalks, know what's trending and have a strong eye for what looks and feels right.
* Hungry to learn and grow – you're not just looking for a job, you're looking for a career, and you're willing to do the work to build one.
* A keen eye for detail – you notice the small things, take pride in accuracy and never cut corners on the work.
* Highly organised and proactive – comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and always two steps ahead.
* A team player who brings energy to the studio and a positive, can‐do attitude to every task – big or small.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop in particular).
Why join this team
* Kick‐start your career inside a global women's fashion brand with real creative energy and momentum.
* Learn from an experienced creative team and get hands‐on exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
* Real opportunities for internal development and progression.
* 50% product allowance (yes please).
* Flexible working – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
If you love fashion, have a sharp eye for detail and are ready to roll up your sleeves and learn inside a brand you believe in – we'd love to hear from you.
