Due to our continued growth we have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager or Service Manager to join the AE Smith team located in our Cairns Branch
Your role at AE Smith
As the Cairns Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated HVAC team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on overseeing all aspects of HVAC contractsand supporting the management of all Maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and project execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry best practices.
Must haves
* 3+ years within Service Management, Branch Management, Account Management or Service Delivery Management within an HVAC setting
* Experience estimating and delivering works – repairs and small works over $100k
* Experience in dealing with large scale clients as first point of contact
* Valid driver's license with no restrictions
