About the Role

• This position has operational and professional or indirect reporting responsibility of approximately 150 FTE and approximately 85 casual nursing staff.
• The role has direct financial and human resource delegations in accordance with MSHHS Financial Sub‐Delegations Manual and MSHHS Human Resource Sub‐Delegations Manual.
• Responsible and accountable for Redland Residential Care nursing and operational budget ensuring transparency, efficiency and financial integrity.
• Financial delegation of recurrent and non‐recurrent funding.
