Inhouse Painter - Residential & Commercial Building Company
Spencer Constructions (Qld) Pty Ltd is an established residential and commercial building company based in North Brisbane. We are a custom builder with a focus on architecturally designed new homes, renovations and extensions, as well as commercial projects such as childcare & retail centres, office refits & warehouses etc. We also construct and install modular buildings. Currently, our projects range in size up to $4 million and are positioned across Brisbane and SE Qld.
Due to a depth of project work booked in, we are now seeking further experienced and qualified tradespeople to join our team.

Role:
* Qualified painter role within our Residential and Commercial divisions is on offer
* 40 hours/wk (Monday-Friday 6.30am-3.30pm) plus RDO opportunities
* Full-time, permanent position (with initial 3 month probationary period) or contract ABN position on offer
Requirements
* Fully qualified with a minimum of 2+ years' experience (post apprenticeship); Own relevant tools, current Australian driver's licence and suitable vehicle
* Ability to take direction, give direction, mentor and work as part of a team
* Good communication, 'can do' attitude and personal presentation
* Exceptional level of work quality and problem-solving skills
* High level of energy, personal productivity and self-motivation
* Eagerness to learn new knowledge & skills
