The Role
We're looking for a hunter‑minded, outbound‑focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
This role is heavily weighted toward proactive outbound prospecting. Your core mission is to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through high‑volume, high‑quality outreach. You'll spend the majority of your time on the phones, in inboxes, and on LinkedIn, opening doors and creating pipeline.
You'll work closely with our Business Development and Executive teams, helping shape outbound messaging, targeting, and strategy as Hampr continues to scale. You'll also gain selective exposure to onboarding and handover processes to build a strong commercial foundation. This isn't just a "dialling for dollars" job, but a "Sales Academy" style role where you learn the full commercial lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively sourcing and prospecting new accounts through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Not just sitting behind a desk - networking events and office walk-ins
Owning end‑to‑end outbound sequences and follow‑ups
Qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality meetings for the Account Executive team
Consistently hitting daily and weekly activity targets
Maintaining clean, accurate CRM records across all outbound activity
Testing, refining, and improving outbound messaging and objection handling
Representing Hampr in face‑to‑face meetings and events when required
Supporting light onboarding and handover for qualified opportunities
What Does Success Look Like?
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly outbound meeting targets
Strong pipeline generation directly attributable to outbound activity
High conversion rates from cold outreach → qualified opportunity
Sustained activity levels across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Demonstrated improvement in talk tracks, objection handling, and close‑for‑next‑step skills

Previous B2B or B2C sales experience
Experience using CRMs or sales tools
Background in hospitality, catering, or event management
