You may work on multiple complex projects, as well as smaller initiatives involving application, system or process enhancements and other business improvement initiatives that align to strategic priorities.Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Build and foster effective business relationships with GMCU’s business stakeholders across all levels and teams.Work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders by facilitating and/or coordinating user-centric design workshops, stakeholder interviews, presentations, and training sessions.Manage multiple complex business improvement initiatives simultaneously and anticipate/escalate risks.Build BA capability by sharing knowledge across the business.Provide guidance, advice and support to the Project Management Office and Executive Leadership Team as required.Develop and implement improvements and best practice in processes and procedures.
