The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical teams across site works, ensuring compliance with safety standards, planning and coordinating maintenance activities, and delivering quality outcomes for our clients.What we offerFull Time RoleJob Security - contracted ongoing works9 Day FortnightCIRT (Contracting Industry Redundancy Trust) & JETCOIncome ProtectionQLeave EmployerOpportunity to work with an experienced and reliable team - your safety is our no.1 priorityKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coordinate and support electrical teams to achieve project and maintenance goalsEnsure all work complies with safety policies, JHAs, IMS requirements, and recognised codes/standardsPlan and manage weekly resource requirements, including labour, subcontractors, and materials procurementOversee workshop activities, subcontractor performance, and schedule of rates workAssist with cost estimates, project bids, progress claims and budget controlReview and approve timesheets, labour, and materials for invoicingMaintain accurate documentation and effective communication with clients, management, and team membersParticipate in safety, progress, hazard meetings.
