About the role
As a Support Officer at TAFE SA, you'll provide high-quality administration and frontline support. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering friendly, solution-focused support via phone, email & in-person
* Assisting with enrolments, accounts & general enquiries
* Supporting teams with admin tasks & information access
* Maintaining accurate records (database, Microsoft Office)
* Collaborating with colleagues across campuses
* Upholding student-centred values in a dynamic setting

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
* Some out of hours work may be required, and a flexible approach to out of hours is essential including weekends.
* The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
* Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
* The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
* Some intrastate/ interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
