Assistant Property Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a major landlord, gaining exposure to large-scale assets while being supported by an experienced and high-performing team.
The Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of a diverse industrial portfolio. Working closely with a Senior Property Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining tenant relationships, ensuring smooth property operations, and delivering strong asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Tenant Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for tenant enquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Lease Administration: Assist with preparing lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and maintaining accurate data in property management systems.
* Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate routine inspections, log maintenance requests, and liaise with contractors to ensure assets are maintained to premium standards.
* Financial Support: Support the team with arrears management, processing invoices, and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports.
* Compliance: Ensure all assets meet essential services obligations and internal risk management standards.
About You
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in property management or a high-level administrative role within the real estate or professional services sector.
* Education: A relevant degree (Property, Business, or Finance) is highly regarded.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi, or PropertyMe) and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "customer-first" mindset.
* Attributes: A high level of initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
