Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our mobile clinical team either on a permanent part time or casual basis, supporting adults in residential aged care, via telehealth, and in the community.
You will deliver high-quality mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinsons disease, post-stroke impairments, progressive neurological disorders, and ageing-related decline.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing your own schedule—choose the work hours and locations that suit you.
* Assessing and diagnosing swallowing and communication difficulties.
* Providing telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention.
* Collaborating with a national team of Speech Pathologists.
* Advocating for clients with communication difficulties.
* Working closely with care staff, support coordinators, and Plena colleagues to ensure optimal care.
* Providing consultative and educational support to clients, families, and colleagues.

* A professional qualification in Speech Pathology with an active membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
