Job Title: Learning & Development Officer
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver training and development programs to maintenance teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and assessment, with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners and deliver effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our maintenance teams
* Conduct assessments and coaching sessions to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge
* Facilitate group training sessions and provide feedback to employees
* Maintain currency of knowledge on all policies, procedures, and legal requirements
* Research and utilize new learning and development content, methods, and materials for training
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification
