The Role
We're looking for a Junior Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll assist in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and affiliate marketing. You'll also play a key role in driving measurable results, coordinating brand collaborations, mapping out campaign calendars and briefing & editing static content for our clients.
This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with dynamic fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brands while learning and growing alongside your colleagues in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
This role will be filled by December ****, with a starting date in early January ****.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing paid media strategies across paid media platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok + more).
Brief, edit, and refine content to ensure it aligns with client strategy and creative direction.
Support with ad copywriting, keyword research, and audience targeting strategies.
Optimise campaigns to meet performance KPI's.
Analyse campaign performance and create actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date on everything e-comm: platform updates, industry trends and emerging technologies in paid media.
Provide input on innovative strategies to help clients stand out in the competitive e-commerce space.
Collaborate with external partners & contractors (i.e. EDM specialists, graphic designers, organic social team).
Participate in weekly client WIP's, with local travel as required
About You
Experience:
1-2 years in a paid media, marketing, or similar role (agency or in-house experience preferred but not required).
Analytical Mindset:
You enjoy digging into data, understanding performance metrics, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Creativity:
You can work seamlessly with creatives, providing input and feedback to help develop engaging content that resonates with audiences.
E-comm Passion:
You have a genuine interest in fashion and lifestyle e-commerce with a willingness to learn and adapt. You are also familiar with e-commerce metrics like ROAS, AOV and conversion rates.
Time Management:
You can plan and prioritise your workload effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while remaining flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Tools:
Experience with platforms like Ads Manager, Google Ads, and reporting tools like Agency Analytics is a plus (preferred but not required).
What We Offer
Full Time Role:
Standard full time hours (38 hours per week), however we are open to the option for a part time position (4 days per week) for the right candidate if they are currently completely a tertiary degree.
Hybrid Work:
Office based in Miami, with one day per week working from home. Occasional remote work can also be arranged.

We have an office in Miami, Gold Coast to work from, with WFH option one day a week. The applicant is welcome to work remotely (interstate/overseas) occasionally with permissions. However this person does need to be located locally and be available to come into our Miami office.
