Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage large volumes of documentation
• Oversee document control systems, version management, and retrieval processes
• Conduct data checks and audits to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity
• Manage shared mailboxes and general compliance correspondence
• Draft, format, and review reports and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong administrative and clerical capability, with advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). You should also have experience in compliance administration, data management, or similar support roles, and be able to learn new software systems quickly.
