About the role
In this role, our ideal Chef will work across a 7‐day rotating roster (lunch & dinner service).
Responsibilities
* Delivering high standards in food quality/presentation
* Assisting with prep, service & general kitchen operations
* Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure productive service
* Following food safety and hygiene standards
* Contributing to a positive & supportive team culture
* Supporting your team in a fast‐paced kitchen environment
What we're looking for
* Australian residency or citizenship essential
* Min. 2 years previous Chef or Cook experience
* Strong teamwork & communication skills + ability to work under pressure
* A genuine passion for food and hospitality
* High‐volume kitchen experience highly regarded
* Food Safety/Safe Food Handling certificates an advantage
